The basic computer set up cost is based
on a $1.00 US per shareholder cost to input your data into our system;
the minimum fee is $500.00 US.

Presidents Stock Transfer is offering a special flat rate $500.00 US for initial set-up. For
new Companies with few transactions, this rate is negotiable. Secondly
PST will need stock certificates. If you have them include same with your
application, if not, the initial cost is $400.00 US for the first 1,000
or arrangements can be made to print temporary certificates.
Depending
on the size of your company, we will normally activate new companies records
into our files within two days.

Now offering SEDAR Filing for Canadian companies, as it has become mandatory for public companies to disclose documents and other such materials to the public. The statutory objective in making public this filed information is to enhance investor awareness of the business and affairs of public companies and investment funds and to promote confidence in the transparent operation of capital markets in Canada.
Our service is personal and up to the minute and we do not charge an annual maintenance fee to maintain your data. Our Vancouver location means your FedEx courier fees will be eliminated.
